Terms of Service
JustIn WalkIn — Terms of Service (English) · Effective 6 July 2026
For everyone
1. The service
JustIn WalkIn shows you time-limited offers from nearby shops. When you redeem, the app issues a single-use code (QR + short code) that staff scan in the shop. Offers are made by the shops (“merchants”), not by us — the merchant is responsible for honoring and correctly describing its offers.
2. Your account
You must be 16 or older and keep one account for yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your login.
3. Codes
Redemption codes are single-use, valid for about 5 minutes after issue, have no cash value, cannot be sold, and (except bring-a-friend codes made for sharing) are for you only. Caps can apply per deal and per person; issuance is rate-limited.
4. Loyalty, awards, referrals
Stamps, awards, races and referral credits are promotional programs. We may adjust or discontinue them, and remove balances obtained through misuse. Referral credits have no cash value until a payout mechanism is explicitly offered.
5. Fair use
No automation, location spoofing, multiple accounts, or attempts to redeem the same code twice. Our fraud systems may limit, flag, or ban accounts; bans stop code issuance immediately.
6. Liability
The app is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for a merchant's products, prices, or conduct, nor for indirect damages. Mandatory statutory rights remain untouched.
7. Ending & changes
You can delete your account any time in the app or at justinwalkin.com/delete-account. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
For merchants
M1. Your listing
You confirm you are authorized to represent the business. Offers must be accurate, lawful, and honored for every valid code presented during the offer's validity — including compliance with local price-advertising rules (e.g. the EU requirement to reference the lowest prior price when advertising a discount).
M2. Review & content
New shops, offers, name changes and follower messages are reviewed by the platform before going live. We may reject or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or violates our word filter, and may suspend shops for repeated violations.
M3. Fees
The platform charges a small fee per completed walk-in redemption, aggregated into a monthly invoice available in your dashboard. Current fees are shown there; changes are announced at least 30 days in advance. No payment provider is attached during the beta — invoices are settled as separately agreed.
M4. Data
You see statistics and redemption records for your own shop only. You must not attempt to identify individual users from them or use them outside running your shop.
M5. Staff
Employee access is granted via activation codes you create and can revoke. You are responsible for your staff's use of employee mode.
M6. Ending
Either side can end the merchant relationship at any time; already-issued codes must still be honored and outstanding fees remain payable.
